Camping Um Gritt is a quiet, cozy family campsite, at 226m altitude on the banks of the Sûre, close to Castle Bourscheid. With camping pitches mostly directly on the shore. You can bathe in the river and because of the low depth in the season, the Sûre is also ideal for children to play and romp. In the building where the reception and the house are located, there is a cozy brasserie where you can enjoy a bite (French fries, pizza, etc.) and a drink. Or can relax on a cozy terrace. And if you want to eat well at a reasonable rate, the restaurant at the entrance of the campsite is an excellent option! The campsite is open until 1 November and that is longer than most campsites in Luxembourg. In the autumn holiday you are therefore very welcome at Um-Gritt and we will do our best to make you feel at home. The campsite rents a few chalets, two hikers' cabins (new in 2015: comfortable 4-ply leafs, also suitable for longer stays) and five 4-6-person safari tents. The whole campsite has wireless internet (wifi). At the campsite you can rent moutain bikes and there is a possibility for paragliding in the area. Another special feature: the campsite offers washing service. A professional machine will do the dishes for you within 3 to 5 minutes. Free! So ready while you wait! Trips in the area are possible, for example with the Luxembourg card. This allows you to explore beautiful Luxembourg by bus and train at a very friendly rate.
