Camping Gavina is located right by the sea and has a beautiful sandy beach. This Spanish campsite is located on the Costa Dorada, near the coastal town of Creixell de Mar. The camp site is simple but has a number of facilities such as a large Sparwinkel (reasonably cheap and also nearby), restaurant with bar and cozy terrace right on the beach, a snooker table and wireless internet. There is also a playground and good sports fields but unfortunately with a neglected fence. The bathroom is simple and could be better maintained. In the high season there is occasional animation for the children. Furthermore, there is little to do. However, the Spanish families take care of living in the brewery. The places in the front are just about on the beach. You stand there in the sand with a bit of grass. The places there are not so clearly defined so that the sea view from your place suddenly disappeared by a camper in front of you. For a place on the beach you pay 20% extra. There are few shady pitches at Camping Gavina, but if you like a clearing with sea breeze you are at the right address. The sea is ideal for children, the beach is beautiful and you can walk far into the crystal clear water. Right next to camping Gavina runs the coastal track but of this one does not really have much trouble. The possibilities for cycling are reasonable. If you go north, you can reach the boulevard of Roda de Bara. Pensioners and students can receive up to 30% discount on Camping Gavina in low season. Reus airport is approximately 14 km from the campsite.
