Camping Poboleda is a beautiful and rustic terraced camp site in the very quiet interior of Catalonia, Costa Dorada, and is located directly on the eponymous village of Poboleda. This simple campsite has spacious pitches, all with a beautiful view. In the background the very shaped rocks of La Serra del Montsant Natural Park and around the campsite vineyards and rocks covered with trees and shrubs. Near the robust church tower of the village where you can do your shopping and grab a terrace. Very nice to have a chat with the locals, they appreciate it very much. There are various types of trees and shrubs on the site that provide some shade. The terrace, the plumbing and the swimming pool, the sports facilities; everything looks fine. The route to the campsite is very nice, not overly curvy, but here and there a bit narrow. The streets in the village are quite narrow and partly rather steep so pay attention that you follow the camping signs and do not have to turn around. Barbecuing at camping Poboleda is only allowed on a nice shady spot next to the vines. Wifi is available free on the terrace when ordering a consumption. This is really a campsite for nature lovers. There is no animation offered and unfortunately there is only one small playground. Note: you still have to pay tax on all taxes.
