Camping Koren Kobarid

Cozy family campsite on the blue-green Soca River. Here guests can relax, but also feel the adrenaline flowing through their blood thanks to the many activities that are possible here.

Camping Koren Kobarid:
is located on the left bank of the river Soca just 500 meters away from Kobarid over the Napoleon bridge towards Dreznica. The campsite is nestled among the pearls of nature: in the valley of the Soca, along the river bed, by the waterfalls of the Kozjak stream. Camping Koren is the oldest campsite in the Soca Valley and also the first Slovenian campsite with the Eco-camping certificate and the EU daisy and it is located in a peaceful quiet area.

Camp Koren Kobarid:
The campsite is run by an enthusiastic family, who regularly make innovations and improvements. Every year something different is done. It will not surprise you that they are excellently organised. What a welcome! Immediately upon entering you will be welcomed here super friendly. The campsite has a climbing wall, an adrenaline park, beach volleyball field and you can play table tennis. In the shop you can buy organic products and in the cozy restaurant and on the terrace you can enjoy a nice drink and small snacks. At the campsite you can rent bicycles, there is a picnic area, some barbecues and there is WiFi around the reception.

Hills, air and water:
Guests have all kinds of options for activities related to hills, air or water. Camping Koren is a much-loved meeting point for whitewater sports enthusiasts and fishermen, especially on the Soca River. The Nadiza River is warmer and calmer and therefore more suitable for swimming. Guests can also view the Soca Valley from above by paragliding or hang-gliding. Mountain enthusiasts use Camping Koren as a starting point for short or long trips through the Triglav National Park. Within walking distance is the historic village of Kobarid with all its sights, restaurants, shops and a post office.
