Camping the Kattenberg is quietly located in the woods near Markelo. The beautifully situated campsite is suitable for families with (young) children, peace seekers and nature lovers. The river De Schipbeek runs along the campsite. This river offers you the opportunity to fish or make a wonderful canoe trip. For children there are several playgrounds and a heated outdoor pool at the Kattenberg campsite. In the high season, various activities are organized daily by the recreation team. Camping the Kattenberg near Markelo has a number of spacious camping fields along the edge of the forest. The various toilet blocks are well maintained and very neat.
