In Noord Holland in the "Land van Leeghwater" you will find a former more than 1000-year-old island between the old polders, Schermer and Beemster, the Schermereiland. The name Schermereiland is no longer used, it has been the "Eilandspolder" for decades. Quietly located in the nature reserve "Eilandspolder" you will find adjacent to Graft, municipality Graft-De Rijp Camping Tuinderij "Welgelegen". Every Wednesday or Thursday evening especially for our camping guests the opportunity to participate in a free cruise with a guided tour in the greenhouses of "Tuinderij Welgelegen".
