The camp site is located between two nature reserves, on one side the National Park De Hoge Veluwe and on the other side the nature reserve Het Planken Wambuis, in a beautiful moorland. For a touch of culture you can visit the Kröller Möller museum, Paleis' t Loo in Apeldoorn, open air museum arnhem. The campsite is well maintained.
