Camping Frankenhöhe in Schillingsfürst is from a local Tourist Association and also included on the list of the German Camping Club (DCC). The simple campsite is located near the A7 / E43 from Würzburg to the south. The campsite is particularly suitable as a transit camp site and is open all year round. The campsite has a small restaurant where you can serve good, civilian food. At the restaurant a covered and an open terrace. There is a pool table and table football. The campsite is, to a large extent, slightly sloping; the places are on grass. The playground is equipped with a climbing frame, a slide and swings. The plumbing is simple. The campsite is located on the Romantic Road and passes the town of Schillingsfürst; this is a well-known and popular holiday route from the Main to the Alps. Schillingsfürst is an interesting town and has some museums that are worth a visit.
