Camping Solaire ligt in een vallei op 2 km van het mooie plaatsje Veynes met vele voorzieningen (o.a. 2 supermarkten), op 20 km afstand van Gap.
Camping Solaire is located in a valley at 2 km from the beautiful town of Veynes with many amenities (including 2 supermarkets), 20 km from Gap. The town lies in a mountainous area with a very sunny climate. Veynes is located in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. The campsite has very spacious pitches with a choice of sun, shade or partial shade. The camping area is completely separate from the rental accommodations, which benefits the 'camping feeling'. There are beautiful swimming pools, and for the lover of natural swimming water is a large lake with various facilities 300 meters from the campsite. There are plenty of sports and play opportunities. In 2012 there is a new playground, all materials were already present in the late summer of 2011, but not yet installed. Although the site is close to a railway line, there is no train traffic at night. Camping Solaire offers a particularly pleasant atmosphere, thanks to the enthusiasm that the owner and his team exude. In the high season a lot is organized for young and old, with, among other things, a disco evening in one of the interior spaces once a week.
