Camping River is een gezellige, onder pijnbomen gelegen camping met goede voorzieningen, gelegen aan de rivier de Ubaye, omgeven door mooie natuur.
Camping River is a small campsite with a Dutch owner. in the Alpes de Haute Provence. The campsite is located in the valley of the Ubaye where a Mediterranean climate reigns and nature is still untouched. The area offers a great landscape for walking and cycling (mountain bikes are available for rent). Barcelonnette with its shops and restaurants is approx. 12 km away. The campsite is aimed at nature and sports enthusiasts, the campsite is located on the river where one can especially go rafting (sailing on fast-flowing water by rubber dinghy). Next to the campsite is a rafting center with which there is intensive cooperation. Trout is also fished in the river. The facilities at the campsite are simple but look bright and well cared for.
