The campsite is located in a valley just outside Digne. The view is beautiful. There is a beautiful swimming pool, the sanitary facilities are well cared for and rest is the most important characteristic of Les Eaux Chaudes. Digne-les-Bains is a wonderful starting point for many excursions in the Verdon. In August the harvest festival of lavender takes place in the town itself. A visit to the cathedral is worthwhile and with a bit of luck you will be enthusiastically shown around by a local volunteer.
