Camping Le Fanal has 95 tourist places. It is only partially sheltered from the wind and there is only partial shade. The campsite has an indoor heated swimming pool and an outdoor pool with fun slides. Fishing is also possible in the lake at the campsite. The famous beaches Omaha beach and Utah beach as well as the beaches Gold, June and Sword are easy to visit from the campsite. Omaha beach and Utah Beach are the raid bases of the Americans, which is beautifully filmed in the Longest Day.
