Camping Le Bois de Valmarie

Le Bois de Valmarie is located at the foot of a hill south of Argeles sur Mer. The port of Argelès Sur Mer with many restaurants is within walking distance.

Location
The campsite is ideally located near le Racou, a nature reserve belonging to the 'Conservatoire National du Littoral', whose name means 'refuge' in Catalan. Although the cliffs of la Côte Vermeille are not far from here, the campsite is close to one of the most beautiful beaches in the region. There are wooden huts along this beach. These houses are located on narrow streets of sand that exude a lot of charm and freshness.

Beach and harbour
Thanks to the geographical location of the campsite, you can reach the fine sandy beach of le Racou in no time, but you can also walk to the port of Argelès, which is only a few minutes' walk away. There are many shops and restaurants around this harbor. A little further on is the central beach of this seaside resort, which you can easily cycle to (many cycle paths!).

Swimming paradise
The decor has a tropical atmosphere, but what about the huge artificial lagoon, the heated pools, the slides, the waterfalls and the water games? The swimming paradise also has a paddling pool.
