Oldbury Hill Camping & Caravanning Club
Rustig gelegen camping in een prachtig wandelgebied nabij de M25, waar de vogels meer van zich laten horen dan de snelweg.
Oldbury Hill is a camping site in the county of Kent. A particularly quiet campsite near a hill fort from the Iron Age. There are two beautiful circular walks to make. The hill is now covered with forest and is managed by the National Trust. Another walk leads from the campsite to Ightham Mote, a manor house with a moat from the Middle Ages with a garden of 5 ha and a restaurant. Penshurst Place is nearby with a toy museum and trails through the park. In the gardens of Hever Castle you will find a yew maze and a water maze. Nepicar Farm is worthwhile for families with young children. A visit to London is possible by bus and train. Information about this is available at the campsite. The campsite consists of a large sloping field. The toilet facilities are at the top of the hill, can only be reached by stairs and are simple.
