The camping site is favorable to the Peak District National Park. You can make beautiful walks and there are several nature reserves nearby. You can also climb, visit caves and cycle. Not too far is the National Tramway Museum in Crich. Buxton is an old spa resort, there are beautiful country houses to visit. Olbor Low Stone Circle from the Stone Age is even older. All around are nice places that are well worth a visit.
