The campsite is only a half-hour walk from the center. The site is quietly situated on a river and a neighboring farm gives the feeling of back-to-nature. Close by is the Whitlingham Country Park Nature Park, where you can walk, cycle and do water sports. At a not too great distance are the Norfolk Broads, which is a beautiful vast wet nature reserve. There is plenty to do in Norwich itself: seeing a cathedral, castle and many medieval churches or shopping.
