Het 1 kilometer lange strand van camping Medveja is zeer geschikt is voor kinderen en voor watersportliefhebbers is er ook een uitrusting te huur.
The spacious camping pitches and the bungalows of Camping Medveja are located in a green valley. The bathroom is housed in 4 buildings spread over the campsite and is in good condition. There is a restaurant on the site and a supermarket and several stalls nearby. There is a playground for children. There is a bar on the beach and beach chairs and umbrellas for rent. There are also moorings for small boats. In the period from 15 July to 31 August there is entertainment and music evenings are organized. Mobile homes and apartments are available for rental. From the campsite it is an hour's walk to Lovranska Draga in the 146 km2 nature park Ucka with a 1396 meter high mountain peak Vojak. Foot and mountain bike paths have been set out in this park.
