Camping Slapic is a campsite where everyone wants to camp. Owner Ivan knows what hospitality means. A neat campsite really for peace seekers, with beautiful nature in the area. At the edge of the campsite is a real karst river the "Mrežnica", with a very irregular soil course. Many rapids and under water gorges, gullies, pillars, caves, humps, etc. Canoes are also rented out and swimming is possible. There are many fish species including barbel, perch and pike. The fish is not shy at all. The river is rich in all sorts of water plants, frogs, freshwater crayfish and small water snakes that are non-toxic. At the campsite there is a cozy bar with tree trunks as tables and chairs, everything is very pure. There is also a good restaurant with very acceptable prices. Fishing in the river is allowed. At 1 km from the campsite there is a grocery store where you can also buy bread.
