Camping El Madroñal is located in the middle of the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche nature parks. The special thing about the campsite is that it lies in the middle of an ancient canoe forest. It is the ideal starting point for walks through the nature park. All buildings are well marked. In the spring, summer and autumn the campsite is very shady. In winter the leaves of the chestnut trees fall and there is enough sun. For the cold days there are a number of fireplaces on the property. There are also various accommodations on the campsite in different price ranges. The campsite is a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful town of Aracena with its dilapidated Moorish castle on top of the hill and the cave de las Maravillas, which can be visited.
