In de omgeving van het Müritz nationaal park, bij het stadje Wesenberg met haar mooie burcht, ligt deze camping midden in het dennenbos aan een meer.
Just before Wesenberg, you cross the forest track and then uphill: the campsite. The terrain is hilly in nature but terraces have been created so that the pitches are flat. Mostly partial shade: really a light pine forest. There are 2 sanitary houses, both fine. There are sandy paths over the campsite, but there is also a lot of grass. Officially the campsite is not on the lake, you have to descend after a staircase, there are private houses between. At the lake,: public beach, sports fields, playground (at the campsite there is also 1). Outside the gate there are some quick-camp places (campers), on site as well. At the lake is also a good restaurant. Surroundings: Müritz National Park, Wesenberg.
