Campingplatz Gaisweiher in Flossenbürg is a municipal terraced campsite that is open all year round. The campsite has a beautiful entrance and is located in a valley on the lake (Badeweiher), surrounded by hills with high pine and deciduous trees. The lake has excellent (swimming) water of a good temperature. From many places you have a beautiful view of lake and forest. Right behind the reception is a Gaststätte with a friendly priced menu and a terrace. You can also order foods that are taken and delivered for you. From the terrace you can see the large lying and playing field including a beach volleyball court, a miniature golf course and a private beach. There is also a place for a campfire. The campsite rents out apartments, caravans and mobile homes. The town of Flossenbürg is within walking distance. The area offers a wide range of possibilities for excursions.
