Camping Médoc Océan is located in Soulac-sur-Mer in Gironde, in the heart of an unspoilt nature reserve. Between the pine forests, the coastal landscape, the largest estuary in Europe and the extensive wine estates, peace, space, comfort and nature are central here. The campsite only has a number of camping pitches with their own sanitary facilities. There are plenty of rental accommodations.
Surfing is especially hot in this region. Lake Hourtin is just 20 km from the campsite. Try stand-up paddle, pedal boating, windsurfing and even water skiing.
Stroll through the various markets, visit the famous vineyards of the Médoc, explore the nature reserves and get to know the authentic character of the Gironde, between land and sea. There are so many beautiful places! History buffs can also indulge themselves here. In addition to the city of Bordeaux, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Gironde has many other historic sites: the castle of Roquetaillade in Mazères, the citadel of Blaye, etc.
