Camping Gorishoek on the Zeeland Tholen, a few hundred meters from the Oosterschelde, is a rural campsite that has recently been run by and owned by a friendly young couple. The campsite breathes the atmosphere of a farm campsite, the Gorishoekse Hoeve. There are expansion plans. Gorishoek mainly has fixed places, but has a separate grass area to the left of the entrance for tourist campers. There are also three rental accommodations. The pitches are 80-200 m2, with electricity and cable-T.V. There is also wireless internet. At the entrance there is a brand new decorated cozy pancake house (Pannenkoekerei De Kievitshoeve) with bar. You can also go there for fresh sandwiches or lunch. But also for a newspaper, a cup of coffee or for surfing the internet. The number of places for caravan, tent, tent trailer or camper is still limited, but if the site unexpectedly would be completely occupied you can still find a spot at the nearby Camping De Hoeve, which is also owned by the family. The campsite has a friendly price statement! The area is ideal for cycling and hiking. You can make trips to the old town of Yerseke (mussel days!) Or to cities like Goes, Middelburg and Vlissingen. There are various possibilities for entertainment.
