The campsite is located directly on Lago di Lugano. The terrain is flat and has a private sandy beach. There are places available directly on the lake. The campsite has been around since 1964, the bathroom also. In 2010 something has improved on the plumbing, there has been painted and new doors have been installed. The nearby airport (Lugano) gives some nuisance though the flight movements have greatly reduced in recent years. Nevertheless, the campsite is in a beautiful location.
