Nicely furnished campsite with new sanitary facilities on a sea inlet in a natural environment to completely unwind. The island of Skye has been connected to the mainland since 1995 via a 700-meter-long bridge from Kyle of Lochalsh to Kyleakin. The bridge is now toll-free. Loch Greshornisch Campsite was taken over early in 2008 by two young people, Nicky Sellier and David Weller. A surrounding area of ??more than 80 hectares is also part of the campsite. The site has been completely redecorated, including a new sanitary building and has 55 paved pitches with electricity. The campsite is environmentally friendly; use of ditto toilet fluid is mandatory (can be purchased locally). For campers without camping equipment there are "camping pods" (hiker's cabins) for rent.
