The camping pitches of Dingwall Camping & Caravanning Club are situated on a site surrounded by plants. The grass and paved areas are accessed by paved paths and separated by trees and hedges. There are quite a lot of shade places. The campsite is located next to the sports park. The center of Dingwall can be reached quickly via a footpath. There is little trouble from the railway line along the campsite. And with the stations so close, enjoying the Scottish countryside by train or bus can be a relaxing alternative. The trains to Kyle of Lochalsh, Thurso and Wick for example go through a beautiful area. A timetable can be obtained at the campsite. The area around Dingwall also lends itself well to making walking tours.
