Blairgowrie Holiday Park
Camping met klein veld voor de toeristische kampeerder, in het hart van schilderachtig Pertshire en in de luwte van Strathmore Valley.
Camping with small field for the tourist camper in the heart of picturesque Pertshire and in the lee of Strathmore Valley. The camping pitches of Blairgowry Holiday Park are situated on a sloping grass terrain that is part of a park with lots of holiday homes. The relatively small terrain for tourist campers is well maintained and the sanitary facilities are excellent. No place is available for tent campers. The park is on the edge of Blairgowry, which is on the most used route (the A93) to go from the Lowlands to the Highlands and vice versa. The road runs via Blairgowry through the Glen Shee to the Devils Elbow (the highest point of the road at 670 m) and from there to Braemar. Blairgowry lies at the foot of the Grampian Mountains and is a crossroads of roads. The village is best known for its raspberries and strawberries. It is also a good starting point for mountain walks and hikes. There are, for example, 5 marked hiking trails with a total length of 33 km. And the Cateran Trail - a long distance route - begins in Blairgowry.
