Håneset Camping is a small campsite located within walking distance (about 15/20 minutes walk) from the beautiful town of Røros. Røros has 5600 inhabitants and is on the list of special cultural monuments of UNESCO. Reason for this are the old wooden houses, some of which date from the late 17th century. The place has become big by the copper mines and that is still clearly in the place to see. The Røroskyrkje dates from 1780 and is definitely worth a visit! Håneset Camping has besides about 40 flat pitches for caravans, motorhomes and tents also various types of hytter and also rooms / apartments. Ideal for cyclists. The camp site is located directly on the Glomma River and fishing enthusiasts can also enjoy themselves here.
