Stavanger Camping is ideally located for visiting the beautiful city of Stavanger. The campsite has new (2017) paved pitches, for tents there is a separate section. The campsite is located in a park on a large lake. The sanitary facilities at Stavanger Camping are simple, but by 2018 a beautiful new sanitary building is planned. There is a main road on two sides of the campsite, but this is not a nuisance. A supermarket can be reached from the campsite via a tunnel under the road. Since 2017, an outdoor swimming pool (Municipality of Stavanger) has been realized next to the campsite. Admission is not free, but of course nice at hand. Stavanger Camping is the ideal campsite to visit the beautiful city of Stavanger (on foot or by bike).
