Zoek voor je tent of camper een plaatsje in de schaduw, want het kan hier in de zomer erg warm worden. Daarom adviseren wij het Italiaanse leefritme, waarbij je in de middag de schaduw opzoekt en pas na half vier weer activiteiten onderneemt. Je zult er bijna geen toeristen tegenkomen, maar vindt hier nog oude vrouwtjes die buiten pasta zitten te maken. Je ziet dan hoe de varianten Orrecchiette, Oortjes, en Cavatelli worden gemaakt.
