Aan zee gelegen camping, niet echt geschikt voor grote caravans en campers i.v.m. kleine plaatsen.
Camping Comitsa is located on the north-east side of the 3rd finger of Chalkidiki, the peninsula of Agio Otos. At the end of a winding road at a distance of a few km's from the village of Noa Reda. The campsite itself is very simple, the recreation area with restaurant and beautiful terrace with a view over the sea has an excellent appearance. Next to the restaurant there is a beach bar and a room with slot machines. The "own" beach is located in the corner of a beautiful bay. The owner lives with her father in a beautiful location on the campsite. The camping pitches look simple without really beautiful planting. The pitches are approximately max. 60m2 and partly shaded by trees. Park cars at P-place. The plumbing is well maintained. There are simple apartments and a large number of very primitive thatched huts with a blue plastic roof rented and that does not make the camp more cheerful. The entire inventory of these huts consists of two single beds. The apartments do have a toilet. but no shower. From around 15 May on weekends and from 1 June every day, entertainment is offered in and around the restaurant with varying themes. O.a. a lot of music and dance such as: flamenco, tango, reggae and of course Greek nights and dances. In the area there is good to ride with the mountain bike, a regular bike is not a great option. Camping Comitsa is suitable for a maximum of a few days to discover the surroundings. Eg. take a boat trip from nearby Ouranoupolis to view the Agio Otos peninsula and the monasteries.
