BurgStadt CampingPark

You are very welcome at BurgStadt CampingPark in Kastellaun in the Hunsrück.
The place for adults has received many awards and offers you everything you could wish for as a camper.

BurgStadt CampingPark is located around the hotel, where the Greek restaurant is also located. The pitches are all equipped with freshwater connection, gray water drainage and ECE sockets with 220V/16A. In the extremely luxurious sanitary building there is provision for waste water tanks.

The roads throughout the site are so spacious and 'stress-free' that even very large units such as long trailers, motorhomes and expedition trucks can easily drive around.

The local baker bakes them brown every day, especially for the hotel and the campsite.

Specially aimed at adults
BurgStadt CampingPark has received several awards as a place for so-called “Best Agers”, i.e. only for children from 14 years old, no youth groups either. The CampingPark is completely focused and specialized in adults who want to camp very quietly, without any form of entertainment. So then you rest. Nice place for a relaxing holiday, also for wheelchair users.

The environment and things to do
There is an exciting and fascinating medieval castle, Kastellaun. Also ask for the historical map at the reception. Furthermore, there is an extensive network of cycling and hiking trails, a place full of real Siberian tigers, the longest suspension bridge in Germany at Mörsdorf and even a complete Boeing 737. As you can see, Kastellaun has an interesting variety of entertainment on offer!

iTake Off: Your very own Boeing 737 Flight Simulator!
There is still something to be said about the Boeing, because that is really an attraction of the first order. Guests of the campsite can use this fantastic simulator as a traveler. Very special, so you come in a Boeing 737 with a real cockpit and about 25 seats! Real pilots train here for their license. So take a flight, without having to go through scanners, security and cheap airport coffee...
