Camping Kratzmühle near Kinding has a large area (10 ha), of which a quarter is camping. The camp site is located opposite the small town Pfraundorf on the beautiful river Altmühl, 6 km from the Autobahn Nuremberg-Munich (A9), so ideal for travelers. There are numerous walking and cycling routes in the vicinity. From the campsite you can make beautiful walks in the forest behind. The area (Altmühldal) is not very popular for no reason; especially with cyclists and groups of cyclists and motorcyclists, but also with hikers. There are many recreational opportunities in the area. Because camping Kratzmühle is certainly also a camping site and is open all year round. The camp site offers plenty of space for pioneers, but also has a large number of places for people who want to stay longer. The campsite is definitely worth a longer stay. Transitors can possibly overnight stay overnight. The Altmühl Valley is a paradise for cyclists, climbers and hikers, including excellent routes for Nordic Walking.
