Camping San Damiano is located between an inland lake and the sea in a natural pine forest. It consists of a slightly sloping terrain with demarcated pitches with, among other things, half-high hedges of olive willows and oleanders (privacy) and unmarked pitches, many of which are directly on the beach with a view of the sea and Bastia. Next to the entrance of the campsite is a large Spar supermarket (10 May to 15 September), where a Dutch newspaper is also available. In the swimming pool aquagym is given daily and afterwards you can rest on the sunbeds and under parasols. Next to the pool you can play table tennis and jeu de boule. Le Cocoon is a lounge area, where you can relax in a nice atmosphere with background music. In the evening you can watch a movie / TV, listen to music or dance. On this part of the campsite there is free WIFI, in the reception you can use two laptops for free. On the beach is the atmospheric restaurant "la Pagode" (May 1 to September 20) with large terrace. The adjacent bar offers parasols, sunbeds and pedaloes. On the beach you can play volleyball next to the bar. The kilometer-long fine sandy beach slowly descends into the sea and is therefore ideal for small children. San Damiano rents different types of bungalows, most also with air conditioning. Camping San Damiano is very favorable (9 km) compared to the ferries to and from Italy and France. Unfortunately there is no bus connection with Bastia anymore. Furthermore, it is an ideal base for discovering and admiring the beautiful scenery and sights of Cap Corse and the rest of Corsica.
