Camping Municipal le Paluet is a three-star family campsite with Dutch management, on the south side of Burgundy near Maçon. The campsite is located on the outskirts of the pleasant town of Matour at the fish pond, in a quiet environment. Guests of the campsite can make free use of the swimming pool with slide. The bathroom has recently been renovated and partly in the same building the snack bar is housed. The bar has a terrace that overlooks the pool. The campsite is well cared for and has beautiful grass pitches with plenty of shade and shelter from the wind. Next to the campsite is a lake where you can fish (with permit). The town Matour has a nice old center with shops for daily groceries. At the campsite, chalets are also rented out and beautifully furnished safari tents with normal beds and a large fridge. The area is ideal for walks and bike rides. The region is known for its rich history and culinary specialties.
