Dit is een mooie camping aan Inarijörvi met verharde plaatsen voor caravans.

Uruniemi Camping is a beautiful campsite on the Inarijärvi. The campsite has paved caravan sites. With her seventeen thousand square kilometers, Inari is Finland's largest but also least populated municipality and the true heart of the Lappen culture. Here and in Seventtijärvi, the village on the northernmost shore of the lake, there are about two thousand Lapps, of which five hundred belong to the orthodox Skolt branch, which in 1944 lived in the now joined town of Petsamo. They speak three languages, Russian, Skolt and Finnish. In Inari, the Sami Open Air Museum can be visited, which offers a comprehensive overview of the culture and lifestyle of this ethnic group. In a dense pine forest, the last remaining houses of the established Lappen, after the Second World War, are collected and furthermore articles and handicraft products with the typical Sami effect can be admired, mainly from nature and especially from the reindeer. Furthermore, folkloristic costumes and instruments for hunting and fishing are exhibited. Another important point of reference for the Sami's is the Erämaakirkko, at Lake Pielpajärvi, seven kilometers from Inari. This church standing in the midst of the landscape of Lapland is characterized by a calm, sober atmosphere. In the area around the church, trade has been going on for centuries by the population that has been keeping the market there since the establishment of the church in 1646. The current stronghold dates back to 1760 and after several restorations the painting has been restored to its former glory in the vicinity of the pulpit. The Inari lake, with its three thousand islands, is another important place for the Sami's. With a boat trip Ukko island (Ajjih in the Sami language), which has been considered a sanctuary for more than a thousand years, can be reached.
