Promo title

Goed onderhouden en mooie camping op een grasterrein in de nabijheid van een pretpark.

Camping Visulahti is a top camp site on a well-groomed and beautiful grass area. The campsite has a nice toilet accommodation that suits the Finns. Also with regard to stuga's, much is possible at this campsite. Adjacent to the campsite is an amusement park. It balances both elements (camping and amusement park) well. The campsite is 5 km from the old garrison town of Mikkeli. The city is a modern trade and industrial place and is the center of Suur Savo, on the edge of Lake Saima. In the summer, the culinary fish festival is held. In the Second World War Mannerheim had its headquarters here. The city suffered as a result of air attacks. It has undergone a complete reconstruction after the war and now has many modern concrete buildings with a beautiful park in the center. The Dom Church in Mikkeli is brick with a high peak. The church dates from 1897. The stone sacristy (Kivisaksti) from 1320 has to be mentioned as pride of Mikkeli. It is the oldest building in Savo. The substructure consists of gray stone blocks, the façades are of red brick and the roof of wooden roof tiles. There is a pointed turret. This sacrestie is located in the middle of the street Porrassalmen and is surrounded by trees and a low wall.
