Camping in Yorkshire at camping Slingsby CCC Site. The campground is located between the North York Moors National Park and the Howardian Hills on a flat terrain where the railway station used to be. It is also excellent for walkers and a short distance from the coast, York and other attractions. One of those attractions is the 18th century Castle Howard with its impressive gardens and farm shop. Other attractions include: Duncombe Park, Nunnington Hall, Rievaulx Abbey, Wolds Way Lavender, Cropton Brewery, Beck Isle Museum, Ryedale Folk Museum. It is nice to stay at this campsite, because it is out of all the crowds. After having visited one of the many places of interest, you will return to this oasis of peace.
