The deep blue sea and the vibrant colours of Mediterranean vegetation offer a real treat for those who seek to spend their summer surrounded by nature.
The extensive campsite Valkanela is located on a bay with a 3 km long pebbled and rocky beach. There is a separate dog beach. The approximately 1500 camping pitches have connections for water and electricity, optionally in the shade of pine trees or closer to the sea. Valkanela is an ideal place for a family vacation, but also for lovers of sports, recreation and entertainment. For small campers there are several playgrounds with trampolines. There are a few restaurants, bars, a shop and a pizzeria at the campsite.
Sports and recreational options are: tennis, table tennis, minigolf, bicycle and kayak rentals, aqua aerobics, beach volleyball, mini disco, mini club for children aged 4 to 11 and hobby workshops.
